How to enable auto-advance
Auto-advance works when the user can only choose one answer.
To have a question auto-advance, change the question type to Single Choice. Yes/No, Rating, Opinion Scale and single-answer Image Choice questions also move forward on their own.
Steps:
Open your existing question in the form editor.
Click the question you want to auto-advance.
In the panel on the right, change Answer to Single Choice.
Add your answer options.
Changes save automatically. Publish the form if it isn't live yet.
Once the question is set to Single Choice, the form will automatically move forward when the user selects an option.
Important note
Auto-advance does not work with Multiple Choice questions.
Multiple Choice allows users to choose more than one answer, so the form needs the user to manually continue after making their selections.
