How to Set Up Webhooks

Send form events to your own URL with ROASForm webhooks, or fire a webhook from a GoHighLevel workflow.

How to Send Webhooks from ROASForm

ROASForm can send webhooks directly. In the sidebar, click Connect, then Webhooks, and click New Webhook. Add your URL and choose the events to send: Form submission, Form step, Completed lead, Partial lead or Booked call. The payload of each event is described in the developer docs.

If you already use GoHighLevel workflows, you can also fire a webhook from GoHighLevel when ROASForm adds a tag to a contact:

  1. Configure ROASForm to apply a tag when a lead reaches a specific outcome (qualified, unqualified, abandoned, etc.)

  2. Create a GoHighLevel workflow that triggers when that tag is added

  3. Add a Webhook action inside the workflow

That's it.

For example:

  • Lead qualifies in ROASForm

  • ROASForm applies the tag roas-qualified

  • GoHighLevel workflow triggers on that tag

  • GoHighLevel sends a webhook to your desired platform

This can be used for tracking platforms, custom integrations, Cortana AI, Hyros, CRMs, Zapier, Make, and more.

Setting Up Tags

Please see our Tags documentation for instructions on configuring tags in ROASForm.

Setting Up the Webhook

Inside GoHighLevel:

  1. Go to Automation โ†’ Workflows

  2. Create a workflow triggered by Contact Tag Added

  3. Select the tag applied by ROASForm

  4. Add a Webhook action

  5. Paste your webhook URL

  6. Publish the workflow

Your webhook will now fire automatically whenever ROASForm applies that tag.
