When trying to connect your GoHighLevel (GHL) account to ROASForm, the integration screen requires you to sign in with an email and password. If you signed up for GHL using Google OAuth (Sign in with Google), you may not have a password set — which means you can't complete the integration.
You need to set a password on your GoHighLevel account. Here's how:
Click Forgot Password
Enter the Gmail address you use to sign in to GHL
Check your email and follow the link to reset (set) your password
Once your password is set, go back to ROASForm and use your email + new password to complete the GHL integration
GoHighLevel allows users to sign up and log in via Google OAuth without ever setting a password. ROASForm's GHL integration currently requires email + password authentication. Setting a password on your GHL account does not affect your ability to continue signing in with Google — it simply adds password-based login as an additional option.
If you run into any issues after setting your password, reach out to us through the support widget and we'll help you get connected.
