How to Remove the ROASForm Badge
If you're seeing a ROASForm badge on your form ("Create Your ROASForm" on the Free plan, "Powered by ROASForm" on monthly plans) and want to remove it, here's how:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open your form in the ROASForm editor.
Go to Form Settings (gear icon).
On an annual plan, the badge is removed from every form automatically. Form Settings shows Hide ROASForm Branding switched on.
On a monthly paid plan the badge shows in a smaller size. Switch to an annual plan to remove it.
If your Form Settings show a Hide ROASForm Branding switch you can change, turn it on to remove the badge from that form.
Add Your Own Loading Logo
While you're in Form Settings, you can also upload your own custom loading logo that appears while your form loads. This lets you fully white-label the experience for your clients.
In Form Settings, under Loading Screen, turn on Custom Logo.
Upload your logo image.
Save your changes.
That's it! Your custom logo will show during loading, and on an annual plan your form shows no ROASForm branding.
Note: A custom loading logo needs a Solo or Agency plan. Removing the badge needs an annual plan.
