The Chat Bot Skin transforms your form into a conversational, chat-style experience.
Instead of showing all questions at once, it walks users through one question at a time — making the interaction feel more natural, guided, and familiar, like a messaging app.
To get started, open your form in the builder and go to the Design tab.
On the right-hand side, select Chat Bot (Messenger) Skin. Your form will instantly switch to a chat-style layout.
Head over to the Style tab to adjust how your chat looks.
You can choose between light and dark mode, then customize your text, accent, and button colors to match your brand.
You can also style the conversation itself — including the bot message bubbles, user message bubbles, and text colors — so everything feels consistent.
In the Settings tab, you’ll find a few options that control how the chat is presented.
Bot Avatar
Upload an image that appears next to each message. This could be your logo or something more personal.
Bot Name
This shows at the top of the chat and helps make the experience feel more human.
Desktop Size
Controls how wide the chat appears on desktop.
Small is more compact, medium is a balanced default, and large gives you a more immersive layout.
You can click Preview at any time to see how everything feels.
The form will now behave like a conversation — showing one question at a time and guiding the user step-by-step.
The Chat Bot Skin is a good choice when you want the form to feel more interactive and less like a traditional form.
It works especially well when you have multiple questions or want to guide users through the process in a more structured way.
Once your form is live, head to the Analytics tab to track performance.
You’ll be able to see key metrics like:
Start rate
Completion rate
Opt-in rate
Qualification rate
Booked calls
In Advanced Analytics, you can also:
Track trends over time
See drop-off per question
Identify where users are leaving
To improve performance, use built-in Split Testing to compare different versions of your form.
You can test different skins, layouts, or flows to see what gets the best results.
