How to Send Webhooks from ROASForm

Sending webhooks with ROASForm is possible only if you are using GoHighLevel.

Simply:

1. Configure ROASForm to apply a tag when a lead reaches a specific outcome (qualified, unqualified, abandoned, etc.)

2. Create a GoHighLevel workflow that triggers when that tag is added

3. Add a Webhook action inside the workflow

That's it.

For example:

• Lead qualifies in ROASForm

• ROASForm applies the tag roas-qualified

• GoHighLevel workflow triggers on that tag

• GoHighLevel sends a webhook to your desired platform

This can be used for tracking platforms, custom integrations, Cortana AI, Hyros, CRMs, Zapier, Make, and more.

Setting Up the Webhook

Inside GoHighLevel:

1. Go to Automation → Workflows

2. Create a workflow triggered by Contact Tag Added

3. Select the tag applied by ROASForm

4. Add a Webhook action

5. Paste your webhook URL

6. Publish the workflow

Your webhook will now fire automatically whenever ROASForm applies that tag
