Manage and Disconnect AI Apps

See which AI apps can read your ROASForm account, disconnect one, and fix the most common connection problems.

Every AI app you've allowed is listed under Connected AI apps. Click your name in the top right corner, then Profile Settings, and scroll down to the card.

Two connected AI apps, Claude and Cursor, each with when it was connected, when it was last used and a Disconnect button

Each app shows:

  • Its name and where it signs in from, for example Claude 路 claude.ai. An app running on your own computer, like Cursor, shows on this computer.

  • When you connected it, and when it was last used. Not used yet means it connected but hasn't asked ROASForm anything since.

The list is yours alone. It shows the apps connected to your own login, not your teammates' apps.

Disconnect an app

Click Disconnect next to the app. It loses access straight away, and the next thing it asks ROASForm is refused. To use it again, connect it again from the start, as in Connect ROASForm to Claude, ChatGPT and Other AI Apps.

What disconnects apps for you

  • Changing, setting or resetting your password disconnects every AI app on your login. Reconnect the ones you still use.

  • Being removed from a team ends an app's access to that team's data straight away, just like in the dashboard. Anything else you can still open stays available to it.

When something doesn't work

The AI app can't reach ROASForm or asks you to sign in again

Its connection was ended, for example by a password change. Remove ROASForm from the AI app's connectors and connect it again.

"This sign-in link expired"

The ROASForm page was open too long before you clicked Allow. Start the connection again from your AI app.

A subaccount is missing

The AI app only sees the subaccounts you can open in the dashboard. Locked subaccounts (on hold for billing) and archived ones aren't available to it.

"Too many requests. Wait a minute and try again."

AI apps often ask ROASForm many things in a row. If one goes over the limit, wait a minute and ask again. Checks that ask GoHighLevel or Calendly live, like open booking times, have a lower limit of about 6 a minute per subaccount.

Numbers differ from the dashboard

Check the dates you asked about. Analytics count whole days in UTC, as the dashboard does, while the times shown for leads and bookings use your own timezone.
