If you built a logic rule that sends unqualified people to a different URL and they're still showing up as qualified leads, the rule is working โ it just isn't doing what you think.
Sending someone to another URL doesn't change their qualification. Qualification is a property of the ending they reach, and a redirect on its own doesn't set it.
Fix it
Open the ending that path should land on. If it's currently sharing your qualified ending, give that path its own ending instead.
Set that ending's Lead qualification to Unqualified. The three values are Qualified, Unqualified, and No qualification.

Lead qualification โ this is what the submission is counted as, not the redirect
Point the logic rule at that ending: *if* the disqualifying answer, *then* this ending.
Submit the form once with the disqualifying answer and check the lead. It should now read unqualified.
The redirect can stay exactly as it is. It's doing the job of sending the visitor somewhere useful; it's the ending's qualification that decides how the lead is counted.
its qualification. If two paths need different qualifications, they need different endings.
Troubleshooting
The ending is already unqualified and new submissions still say qualified. That's no longer a setup question โ send us the form name and we'll look at it. Include one submission's email address so we can trace that specific lead.
Old submissions still say qualified. Qualification is recorded at the moment of submission, so changing the ending now doesn't rewrite history. Only submissions from here on will reflect the change.
You want qualification to depend on a score rather than one answer. Use lead scoring and point the ending at a score threshold. See Conditional Logic and Lead Scoring.
